AJI — About the project

AI JOB IT (AJI) is a smart IT job-search service: vacancies, AI resume analysis, employer checks via AI company analysis and reviews, plus direct contact with companies. Only verifiable data with links to sources.

What AJI can do

  • Search vacancies from accredited IT companies with city, language, experience and salary filters.

  • AI resume analysis: score, strengths and gaps, an improvement plan, ATS tips, ready-to-use search queries and matching vacancies. Analysis history is saved.

  • AI company check: pros, cons and red flags from open sources — every claim with a link. An AI digest of third-party opinions, not AJI's own statements.

  • User reviews about companies and an AI summary of reviews.

  • Vacancies directly from verified organizations with one-click application.

How it works

  1. Vacancies are pulled from the open hh.ru API in real time — accredited IT companies only.

  2. The “accredited only” filter is applied by hh.ru itself — only companies with confirmed IT accreditation make it into the feed.

  3. The AI analyses resumes and reviews strictly by facts and must cite sources.

  4. When reliable data is scarce, we honestly say “insufficient data” instead of guessing.

AI and data integrity

The AI works only with the provided data (resume text, open sources, reviews) and never invents facts. Results are cached and validated by structure.

Vacancies — the hh.ru API in real time, the “accredited IT companies only” filter applied by hh.ru itself. Reviews — AJI users and public platforms: Habr Career, Dream Job, Otzovik, iRecommend and others. We do not copy texts — short summaries with links.

Analysis legal notice

Each analysis is compiled automatically from public web sources (reviews, ratings, publications) and summarized by artificial intelligence. It retells third-party public opinions with links to the originals — not AJI's statements and not findings of fact. If you represent the company and spot an inaccuracy, contact us and we will correct or remove the disputed fragment.

Privacy and account

Search and vacancy cards are available without sign-up. Sign-in is required for AI features: the resume is not stored as a file, and your analysis history is visible only to you. Passwords are stored as an irreversible hash; new accounts per IP are capped per day.

Pricing

Some AI features are free (trial resume analyses and company checks). After that — cheap packs: AI resume analyses and company checks. One-time payments, no subscriptions.
