AI JOB IT (“Service”, “we”) respects your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. By using the Service and ticking the consent box at sign-up, you accept this Policy and the Offer.
1. Who is the operator
Personal data operator — AI JOB IT Service Administration. Data questions: aijobit@outlook.com. We reply within 10 business days.
2. What data we collect
Account: name, email, irreversible password hash. Candidate profile: city, profession, date of birth, skills, salary, employment, phone, Telegram. Organization profile: company data, TIN, contacts. Also: favorites, saved filters, resume and company analysis history (including resume text — the file itself is not stored), reviews (public, under your name), vacancy alerts, payment data (no card numbers), technical anti-abuse logs.
3. Why we process it
Sign-up and sign-in; vacancy matching and AI analyses; reviews and new-vacancy alerts; package payments (in the future); spam and hack protection; Service improvement (anonymized stats).
4. Legal basis
Your consent (the tick box at sign-up) and the contract — the Offer you accept upon registration. No consent means no registration.
5. How long we keep it
Profile — until you delete your account (delete button in profile). Analysis history, favorites, credits — 1 year. Reviews are public and stay after account deletion (by design). Technical counters — from an hour to 30 days.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and consent withdrawal — email aijobit@outlook.com, done within 10 business days. Account deletion — via the profile button (irreversible).
7. Who we share with
Only those the Service cannot run without: hosting and database, email delivery, messenger for alerts, hh.ru vacancy search, web search for company analysis, AI analysis provider, social login providers, payment system (once payments launch). All data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted.
8. Cookies
Technical only: theme, language and sign-in session. No advertising or analytics cookies. By continuing to use the site you agree to this.
9. Age
The Service is 18+. Registration under 18 is rejected.
10. Security
Passwords — irreversible hashes only. Card numbers never reach us (payment happens on the payment system side). Data access is restricted.
We may update the Policy; the new revision is published on this page with a date.
